Photography Permit

Farmamerica’s prairie landscape, historic sites, and rural backdrops make the perfect setting for your client’s celebrations, memories, and keepsake photos. It is important to us that we maintain the safety and integrity of our spaces for future visitors. In order to help us accomplish this, we require the following guidelines regarding all commercial and posed photography and videography.

  • Posed photography and videography must be pre-approved by Farmamerica staff a minimum of 24 hours before a photography session takes place. 

    Farmamerica must be credited in any promotional material

  • We have a Facility Use Guide and Agreement that must be completed and signed by the photographer or videographer.

  • There is also a required payment of $25 per shoot or $200 for 12 months.

  • Access outside of normal office hours may be considered and will be taken on a case-by-case basis.

  • To start your application, request a Facility Use Guide and Agreement from hilary@farmamerica.org.
