Weddings & Conferences
Visitors to your meeting can't help but be impressed by our 360-acre site and state-of-the-art Visitor Center with WiFi throughout. Rent the whole facility, or just one meeting room.
Board Room: This room can accomodate 20 people seated board-room style or 35 people theater style.
Exhibition Gallery (pictured here): This room can accomodate 120 people seated around tables or 150 theater style. Exhibition Gallery has a sound system, vaulted ceilings and a large wall-mounted screen
Multi-Purpose Room: This room can accomodate 120 people seated around tables or 150 theater style. This room also has a sound system, vaulted ceilings, large windows and access to the catering kitchen.The Exhibition Gallery and Multi-Purpose Room can be joined to make one large meeting space.
Exhibition Square: Take advantage of the beautiful summer weather and rent Exhibition Square, which is a grassy area located directly behind the Visitor Center. Many beautiful wedding ceremonies have taken place here.
Included in the rental fee:
Use of the catering kitchen, the patio area with picnic tables behind the Visitor Center, a podium, handheld microphone (with cord), lapel microphone (cordless) and use of our tables and chairs. We have 29 round tables and 25 banquet tables (each table seating 8) and 260 chairs.
The facilities are available to rent from 8am - 4pm each day. After 4pm, there will be an additional charge for staffing. Rooms may be rented until midnight. Call or email for pricing and availability. 507-835-2052 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Add a Guided Tour
Why not add a tour at the end of your meeting? Only $7 / person for a minimum of 10 people. Your staff will be shuttled around the site on a tractor-drawn tram and given a private tour by one of our experienced interpreters.
Weddings and Receptions
Let us make your wedding day even more special. The old country church is the perfect backdrop to your perfect day. Your guests will love wandering through the grounds of our 120-acre site and seeing our outdoor exhibits. After the wedding, return to the beautiful and spacious Visitor Center for your reception.
We can accomodate up to 100 guests in the church and 260 guests in the Visitor Center. The use of the catering kitchen is included in the rental fee. A dance floor is at the North end of the Exhibition Gallery which is ready and waiting for your guests to boogie the night away. There is also an excellent sound system in the Visitor Center, as well as a screen in the main room where you can show a presentation. The Great Hall also has a large flat-screen monitor mounted on the wall which you can use on your big day to run a slideshow. (There will be a small extra charge of $25 for use of the large monitor)
Visitor Center: $1,500
A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking.
We allow liquor to be served after 5pm, provided that you meet the government requirements of the state of MN and Waseca County regarding the use and provision of alcohol. A copy of our alcohol policy is available.
- Please note that a $75 cleaning fee will be charged if you provide a candy table.
